I have 2 tickets to see Steps at the MEN arena in Newcastle for Sunday 08 April and a room booked at the Sandman Signature hotel with cooked breakfasts paid for.
The trip has cost me £200 and due to unforseen circumstances I cannot go and am purely looking for my money back not to make a profit
